Fill it out and return it to the office in person or via email, along with all of the required documents including payslips and identification. We will send it off to the owner of the property for their consideration.

Form 13 – Notice of Intention to Leave
Are you moving on to a different property? We’ll be sorry to see you go!
You’ll need to fill out a Form 13 – Notice of Intention to Leave, which you can get by clicking below.
**Please note that a minimum notice period of 2 weeks applies to all tenancies, though we would appreciate it if you could return the form to us as soon as possible so that we can begin finalising your tenancy.
